Chatbots talk. Ryw does real work, running inside your workflows and is built on a memory-first approach to follows your rules. It's built for O&G scale (terabytes of data) and gives grounded outputs with evidence, not guesses.
What tools and data sources can Ryw connect to?
We connect to the systems that actually run the work: SharePoint/file shares, Teams, Slack, WITSML, historians/SCADA sources, and internal well/production databases. We usually start with the 2-3 sources that matter most, then expand.
Why Oil and Gas, and why focus on technical workflows (not back-office)?
The biggest value is in domain-heavy work where context, standards, and “how we do it here” matter. Back-office has tons of off-the-shelf tools; technical O&G workflows don't. That's why we start with drilling, production, reserves, maintenance, subsurface, and similar teams.
How do you prevent hallucinations and keep agents under control?
Core rule: no proof, no answer. Ryw stays grounded in approved sources, shows where it got the info, and flags uncertainty instead of guessing. Human-in-the-loop by design. Agents execute allowed actions and escalate the rest for approval.
Is my data secure when using AI agents?
